About Our Services

Prime Build & Comfort Inc provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance, plumbing, and general construction services in Massachusetts and surrounding areas. We serve residential and light commercial properties throughout Greater Boston and the South Shore.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen issues discovered during the work.

• Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Free assessments are provided at no obligation to purchase
• Any changes to scope after work begins will be communicated and require customer approval before proceeding

Scheduling and Appointments

We respect your time and ask for the same in return.

• We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments
• Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
• We will notify you promptly if we need to reschedule due to emergencies or weather
• Appointment windows are estimates — actual arrival times may vary

SMS and Communications Consent

By providing your phone number to Prime Build & Comfort Inc through any of our channels (website, Thumbtack, phone, or in-person), you consent to receive SMS text messages related to:

• Your service request or inquiry
• Appointment scheduling, confirmation, and reminders
• Technician dispatch and ETA updates
• Follow-up on quotes and estimates
• Promotional offers (with separate explicit consent)

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive our services.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, check, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Venmo, and Zelle
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins
• Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee

Warranties and Workmanship

We stand behind our work. All labor performed by Prime Build & Comfort Inc is warranted against defects in workmanship. Equipment and parts warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms.

• Labor warranty: 90 days from completion date
• Equipment: manufacturer warranty applies (typically 1–10 years)
• Warranty is void if equipment is modified, misused, or serviced by unauthorized parties

Permits and Compliance

All work requiring permits under Massachusetts state law will be properly permitted. Prime Build & Comfort Inc operates in partnership with licensed HVAC contractors to ensure all installations meet Massachusetts state requirements and local building codes.

Limitation of Liability

Prime Build & Comfort Inc's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
